Attention bachelor’s degree holders admitted to the master’s programs at Baku Engineering University!

Bachelor’s degree holders admitted to BEU’s master’s programs should register online on the portal.edu.az platform from July 24 to August 1. After logging into the created personal account, they must select the service “Registration of Students for Higher and Secondary Specialized Education Institutions.”

After completing online registration, bachelor’s degree holders will receive their personal account credentials to access BEU’s electronic system.

Failure to complete registration within the specified period will be considered as the bachelor’s refusal to enroll in the respective program.

The contract will be formalized at BEU’s Master’s and Doctoral Studies Department.

Additional Documents Required for Privileged (State-Funded) Bachelor’s Degree Holders

1. Students with “Internally Displaced Person” status:

- Notarized copy of the bachelor’s ID confirming IDP status (with 2025 stamp).

2. Children of citizens who became disabled or died defending Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, independence, and constitutional order:

- Notarized copy of the document confirming the parent’s death, disability, or missing status in military operations (extract from the electronic system) and the parent’s ID (if disabled).

- Notarized copy of the bachelor’s birth certificate.

3. Members of martyr families:

- Notarized copy of the document confirming the family member’s martyr status (death certificate).

- Notarized copy of the bachelor’s birth certificate.

- Notarized copy of the ID confirming the bachelor as a member of a martyr family.

Note: According to Article 1 of the Law “On immortalization of martyrs’ names and benefits for martyr families,” members of martyr families include spouses, parents, children, and siblings enrolled in vocational, secondary, or higher education institutions, or scientific organizations at the master’s level, until completion of studies (or up to age 23).

4. Orphans and children whose parents are deceased or disabled (61–80% or 81–100% impairment), including children deprived of parental care (up to age 23, including adopted):

- Notarized copy of the document confirming the death of both parents;

- Notarized copy of the document confirming the death of one parent and the 1st or 2nd degree disability of the other parent (extract from the electronic system);

- Copy of the parent’s identity card;

- Notarized copy of the bachelor’s birth certificate.

5. Persons whose disability has been determined due to 61–80% or 81–100% impairment of bodily functions.

- Notarized copy of the document confirming the bachelor’s disability (extract from the electronic system).

6. War veterans:

- Notarized copy of the “War Veteran” certificate issued for participation in military operations for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.

- Copy of the ID.
