Each year, we welcome about 235 new first-year students to the BEU community, plus a handful of transfer and 3/2 students. With an undergraduate body of just under 1,000, each student plays an active role in our small community of creative problem solvers through their vast STEM potential, unique background, and drive to solve society’s most pressing challenges.

BEU annually enrolls graduate students across 30 different academic programs, which span the natural, physical, and applied sciences, as well as engineering disciplines. Graduate work and research at BEU, however, is inherently interdisciplinary, so the 1,200 students pursuing a MS, PhD, or Engineer's degree often work across academic divisions and departments.
